• Eligibility Period: You may request a return within 21 days of the delivery date.

• Condition Requirements: Items must be in pristine, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.

• Initiation Process: Please contact our customer care at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization. A return shipping label may be provided at your cost, unless the return is due to our error.

• Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-21 business days of our warehouse receiving the return.

• Note on International Returns: For cross-border returns, the portion of your payment covering pre-paid import duties and taxes is generally non-refundable, as these fees are paid to authorities and cannot be recovered.

• Non-Returnable Items: Clearly marked sale items and customized products are final sale.
